  • Shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of when the order was received.
  • After 7 days, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.
3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, contact information, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
4. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
    • The Miss. Right will not be held liable for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
    5. Refund Processing:
      • Once we receive the returned shoes, our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
      • If the returned shoes are approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
      • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
      • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
      6. Exchanges:
        • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
        7. Non-Refundable Items:
          • Shipping charges, duties, taxes, or any additional fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable.
          • Gift cards and promotional items cannot be refunded.
          8. Defective or Incorrect Items:
